Stock updates itself
Stock goes down when an order is approved and comes back if the order is canceled. You decide whether stock can go negative. No more fixing numbers by hand.
The history of every movement
Each product page shows its latest movements: grown in-house, bought in, returned, lost, sold. Every line has the date, the location, who entered it and any note. Page back through older movements whenever you need to. Nothing is ever deleted from the ledger; a wrong entry is corrected with a reversing one, so the trail stays intact.
Stock by location
The same plant can sit in several fields. See the count at each location and mark one as the main location. Record stock coming into a new field and that location is added to the product on its own.
You decide what’s counted
Stock counting can be on or off for each product. For products you don’t track, approving an order leaves stock untouched. From settings you can turn counting off for every product in one go; the system first tells you how many products it will affect and asks you to confirm.
Search by size
Height, pot size, caliper… Enter the range you need and matching plants come up. Filter by location or status, too.
Same data in the field and the office
The same list on phone, tablet and computer. What’s recorded in the field shows up in the office right away.
