2. What we process
botafix.com is a marketing site — there is no sign-up and no login. Only the following data is processed:

3. Legal basis
Contact form data is processed on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest.
Server logs are kept under legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Analytics cookies are processed only with your explicit consent; without it, nothing is loaded.
4. Who we share it with
Your data is never sold or transferred for marketing purposes. It may be shared only as far as the service requires:
- Hosting provider — site and email infrastructure (Türkiye)
- Email infrastructure — delivering form notifications
- Analytics provider — only if you consented; this service uses servers abroad and the transfer relies on your consent
- Public authorities — only upon a lawful request
5. How long we keep it
- Contact form records: 2 years after the enquiry is closed
- Server logs: 12 months
- Analytics data: the provider's retention period (default 14 months)
- Your cookie choice: in your browser until you clear it
6. Your rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn whether it is used for its purpose, know the third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure where the conditions are met, request that these actions be notified to third parties, object to a result produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
